We believe that discovery is more about personal experiences than expected outcomes. We subvert the language of the tourism industry to tell you where to go, what to do, and which souvenir to bring back with an abstract perspective which requires personal interpretation. 

It results in journeys which are playful, creative, personal, rewarding, unexpected, and not at all guaranteed.

Participants will create their own mission and wander around the neighbourhood, before we all meet again to share our experiences, exchange on “how to be on to be a tourist”, have fun and relax.

About Us: Happy Tourists is the first travel agency which invites you to get lost. Happy Tourists is an artistic satirical project as much as an attempt to critically discuss the impact of mass tourism on cities.   Founded in Berlin by a group of city lovers, artists, architects, sociologists, Happy Tourists offers a series of situations to divert tourists from the usual attractions and encourage them to explore the commons.  Situations are creative impulses that stimulate movement without giving any destination.
